Check Order

After ordering, you can check the ordered service content and status. Go to top menu vertical bar and press "Service Ordered" button.

From the list select an ordered service and click the right side icon to open its service details page.

An important content item is it shows how many days left for license expire and renewal.

Check Invoice

Go to top menu vertical bar and press "Invoice" button. It will enter the invoice list page.

From the list select an invoice and click the right side icon to open its invoice details page.

You can also display the payment history list by pressing "Payment History" button from top menu vertical bar.

Check Email

During payment transaction, and after order, there are important notifications sent to you via email means. In Teleon client site, all these emails are kept in a summary list for your later review. It's a convenient way to review your bills and service status via checking these emails.

Go to top menu vertical bar and press "Emails To You" button. It will enter the email list page.

From the list select an email and click the right side icon to open its email content page.

Submit Support Ticket

To open a support case and submit a support ticket, go to top menu vertical bar and press "Support Ticket" button. It will enter the ticket page.
