SOA Operation

Launch SyncOffice Authenticator, it will directly goes to its login GUI under Windows.

Under Android, it will show a splash screen for a few seconds, then goes into its login GUI.

SyncOffice Authenticator login GUI is shown as follow.


The SyncOffice Authenticator uses a SyncOfficeAuthenticator.ini configuration file, which is stored in the same folder of the binary.

When SyncOffice Authenticator is started for the first time, customer needs to input the ordered License-Key in the top TEdit box. The License-Key is from Teleon client site after order is placed and processed.

The second from top TEdit box is for password. When SyncOffice Authenticator is started for the first time, customer can set any alpha-numeric string as password. Later on for following login session, the input password string will be checked against that initially set one.

The input password's length must be between 3 to 15 chars.

The input License-Key and password hash are stored in that SyncOfficeAuthenticator.ini file. If you want to reset the password, you can clear the SyncOfficeAuthenticator.ini to initial empty value state, and re input the credentials after launching SyncOffice Authenticator.


After login, SyncOffice Authenticator goes to its main GUI.

If you want to just generate a PassCode for an end-user, you can click the top left menu icon. If you want to start an authorization server instance, press the "Start Server Service" button.

The authorization server process history will be recorded in the TMemo log box for review.

SOA PassCode GUI

After login, press top left menu icon will expand out a new GUI for generating a PassCode.

When a certificate's remote attributes set is uploaded from SyncOffice Manager to a SyncOffice Authenticator, a .pxd file is created for this certificate which recorded this certificate's data.

When generating a PassCode for an AccessCode produced out of an certificate, this certificate's .pxd file need to be selected first, from the Uploaded Cert File List TMemo box.
