SyncOffice Manager itself as an application has its own settings, which is contained in an INI file format SyncOfficeManager.ini file, located in the same folder of the application.
SyncOffice Manager setting can be modified from SyncOffice Manager. Each time modification done, the previous SyncOfficeManager.ini is saved as SyncOfficeManager.ini.bak.
In case of abnormal situation, customer can rename SyncOfficeManager.ini.bak back to SyncOfficeManager.ini as a rollback.
A sample SyncOfficeManager.ini file content is shown as follows. This content is consistent with the page shown from "System Settings" tab of SyncOffice Manager.
Please do not manipulate the SyncOfficeManager.ini file content directly.
This section keeps the SyncOffice Manager's login credentials. SyncOffice Manager's default and initial login password is preset to "1234". After successful login, the administrator should change the password to his own in SyncOffice Manager "System Settings" tab. It will be stored in this section.
This section also contains some CRC data for integrity check purpose.
During the Teleon service operations, the Teleon service host may change due to some unexpected reason. Once this situation happens, Teleon will announce its new service host domain or IP address in Teleon client site. Customer can change the service host domain/IP accordingly in SyncOffice Manager "System Settings" tab. It will be stored in this section.
This section is for MySQL database credentials. MySQL stores SyncOffice Manager persistent data. Its default and initial login password is also preset to "1234". After successful login, the administrator should also change the MySQL password.
This section contains current release of SyncOS image's CRC audit hash data. Each time the administrator creates a bootable SyncOS live USB, it will audit against these hash data to ensure the SyncOS image file is an authenticated one.
